INGREDIENTS1 cup of coffee
1 tbsp of grass-fed butter or ghee
1 tbsp of coconut oil
Dash of ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS1. Brew your coffee as you would normally do.

the butter, coconut oil, and cinnamon.
3. Blend for 5 seconds and that’s it.
4. Serve immediately for a warm beverage or add ice
