Caprese Stuffed Avocados

2 avocados
1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup of mini mozzarella balls
1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

1. Scoop out a little bit of an avocado to create a deeper pit.
2. Combine the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls in a bowl,
then transfer them into the avocado.
3. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to finish
