INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup of unsweetened shredded
coconut
1/4 cup of hemp seeds
1 Tbsp of Coconut Flour
1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup of canned coconut milk
2 Tbsp of Ccocoa powder
1 tsp of monk fruit sweetener

DIRECTIONS

1. Place all the ingredients in a pot over high heat.
2. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer until all the
liquid has been absorbed.
3. Transfer to a bowl and serve with toppings if desired.
