Keto Diet Pancake recipe


2 eggs
1/4 cup of cream cheese
2 Tbsp of coconut flour
1 Tbsp of coconut oil
1 Tbsp of grass-fed butter
1/8 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of monk fruit sweetener


1. Place the cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for 30
seconds to allow it to soften.
2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until the
mixture is smooth.
3. Place a frying pan on medium heat with coconut oil.
4. Once the oil has melted make 2-3 pancakes at a time
depending on the size of your pan.
5. Serve with grass-fed butter.
