INGREDIENTS

(6 Biscuits)
3/4 cup of almond flour
170 g of pork sausage
3 eggs
1 cup of cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of green pepper, diced
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of pepper

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 375 and place a pan on
medium heat and add the coconut oil. Once the
oil has melted add the sausage and green
peppers.
2. Once the sausage is ready, transfer the sausage
and peppers to a plate and let it cool down.
3. Combine the almond flour, cheddar cheese,
eggs, and the seasonings into a bowl. Add the
sausage mixture to the bowl and place 6
biscuits on a baking sheet with parchment
paper.
4. Bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy fresh out of the oven
or store in the fridge in an airtight container.
